Venues! Get started with aqtiv

So, you’re a venue and you’ve just signed up to aqtiv? 

You’re about to change the way you play.

If your users have already existing subscriptions with you, we need to migrate them onto the aqtiv app so they can easily check-in for class.  

Luckily for you (and them), we’ve made it super easy.  

Get your users checked into class in only three steps:

1. Download the app
2. Sign into the app
3. Check your wallet and check in

Let's get started.

1. Download the app

Simply head to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and search for aqtiv.  Follow the prompts and download.

2. Sign in

Once downloaded, launch the app and tap profile.  You’ll see a prompt asking you to sign in - tap it and use your mobile phone number to continue.  

From there you’ll receive a confirmation SMS to your phone, with a unique, one-time code.  Use that code in the following screen when prompted to continue.

IMPORTANT:  Users must use the mobile phone number associated with their subscription, otherwise their subscription will not show in their wallet.

3. Check your wallet and check in

Now head over to the wallet, located in the middle-bottom of the home page.

Now that you’ve signed in with your mobile phone number, there should be an active subscription to the venue of choice located in the wallet.  

On the top right hand corner, there will be a small QR icon.  Tap it to prompt the QR scanner to open.  

Find the check-in kiosk at your venue, and scan away.  

Boom, your member is now signed in for class.
